This 6,208 square foot facility was completed in the fall of 2005. It has a number of sustainable design features and 5 different renewable energy systems. 
This facility is a Wisconsin LEED-Platinum Certified Project.

Sullivan Residence
 The Sullivan Residence, pictured at left, is a Wisconsin High-Performance Home.

This residence was honored with a first-place National Award by the National Association of Homebuilders Research Center (NAHBRC). It was selected as the best Innovative/Advanced home in a Cold-climate Region.

It has many sustainable and passive solar design features.
